David H. Garrison, J.D., has over thirty-eight years of business experience primarily with Fortune 100 and 200 companies such as USAA, Halliburton, Aetna, GPU, and Jim Walter Homes (Celotex). Currently, Dave is the Chair of the Business Department for Ohio Christian University, Ohio’s fastest growing university. In January 2008, Mr. Garrison retired as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Services for USAA where he had responsibility for many aspects of the business operations. For seventeen years, while working at Halliburton, several years of which were under Dick Cheney, Mr. Garrison was directly responsible for Halliburton’s international supply chain operations in more than fifty-six countries with 4500 subordinates. He has been known as a national leader in the area of business operations, negotiations, outsourcing, and has spoken at many events, conferences, and seminars across the nation.

 

·      Dave held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Services for USAA (most recently ranked by Business Week as the number one customer service company in America reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the executive council. Dave had responsibility for over $5.6 billion in expenses and annual contract placements. USAA has $14 billion in annual revenue.

·      While at Halliburton, under Dick Cheney, Dave was responsible for international operations in over 56 countries and nearly $17 billion in annual expenses and contracts.

·      Dave was the Chief Procurement Officer at Aetna. His primary responsibility was for the area of supply chain management and logistics operations valued at $5 billion in annual spend. Additionally, Dave was responsibility for the portion of the Law Department dedicated to Aetna’s contracting function.

·      Dave also produces a business column for the Circleville Herald and Chillicothe Gazette in Ohio.
